Cookie Policy

This Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the LT-IWS platform, operated by LUKITECH j.d.o.o., Poljička cesta 5, 21000 Split, Croatia, tax ID (OIB) 82624892753, uses. Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser.
1. In short
Our own (first-party) cookies are necessary for the Platform to work or are set at your explicit request (language choice); under the ePrivacy rules (Art. 100 of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act) and the GDPR they need no consent. We use no analytics or marketing cookies.
The only category that requires consent is external video (YouTube, Vimeo) on innovation pages: those services load only if you allow them in the cookie dialog or by clicking "Load video". You can change or withdraw that consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
The cookie dialog offers equal "Accept all" and "Only necessary" buttons and per-category settings; no optional category is pre-ticked. Should we ever add new categories (e.g. analytics), we will ask for consent again.
2. Cookies we use

3. Other technologies
- Fonts (Inter, Montserrat) are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from Google's servers.
- Embedded videos on innovation pages (youtube-nocookie.com or player.vimeo.com) load only with your consent for the "External video" category. Once loaded, these services may set their own cookies under their policies (Google, Vimeo).
- Card payments (Stripe): when you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the order page loads Stripe's payment form (js.stripe.com, m.stripe.network) and its fraud check (hCaptcha). Stripe may set its own necessary cookies (see the table above) under its privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). Stripe is not loaded on any other page of the Platform.
- PayPal: PayPal payments take place on PayPal's pages, which use PayPal's own cookies under its policy; no cookies of theirs are set on our site.
4. Managing cookies
Change your consent for external video via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge – usually under "Privacy and security"). If you block ltiws_session you will not be able to sign in; without ltiws_locale the Platform uses your browser's language.
